Pre-appointment tips:

• A credit card is required to book appointments.

• Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask for 24 hrs notice when canceling, rescheduling or modifying appointments. This can be done online or by text. Otherwise, there will be a same day cancellation fee.

• Clean Skin: Arrive with clean skin; light moisturizer and SPF are okay, but please avoid heavy makeup.

• Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: We cannot perform the medical aesthetic treatments on pregnant or breastfeeding women.

-Illness: If you’ve been recently ill or don’t feel well, please reschedule your appointment.

• Cold Sores: Notify us if you have a history of cold sores. We may recommend antiviral medication. Reschedule if you have open sores in the treatment area.

• Bruising: Schedule injections to avoid disruption to social obligations. While we try to minimize bruising, it is still possible.

• Blood Thinners: Stop Advil, Ibuprofen, Aleve, Aspirin, Motrin, Vitamin E, fish oil, flax, gingko biloba, garlic, St. John’s Wort, and other NSAIDs 7-10 days prior to injectable treatments. Consult your physician before stopping prescribed medications.

• Alcohol: Avoid alcohol 24 hours before treatment.

• Arnica: Consider Arnica one week before any injectable treatment to help with bruising and swelling.

• Medication Changes: Inform us of any new medications since your initial visit.
